Out of season
Apples
Apples are available year-round, with the peak harvest occurring between September and November. During the rest of the year, supply is maintained through cold storage and imports from the Southern Hemisphere. Thanks to global sourcing and specialized storage, they remain a crisp, year-round dietary staple. They are an excellent source of fiber (pectin), vitamin C, and polyphenols, which support heart health and digestion.
