Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Zodelicious (“we”, “us”, “Zodelicious”) and govern your use of zodelicious.net. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zodelicious.

1. About us

Zodelicious is operated by Zodelicious. You can contact us at hello@zodelicious.net.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Zodelicious. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You must verify your email address before completing sign-up.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory or obscene;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or
• use the service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, ratings and other content you create. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content as part of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post anything you upload — including that you are not infringing a third party’s copyright when you import a recipe.

We may remove content that breaches these terms. If you believe content on Zodelicious infringes your rights, contact us at hello@zodelicious.net and we will review and act on valid notices.

6. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Your right to cancel (cooling-off period). As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase made online. Because our digital service is made available to you immediately, you will be asked to agree that supply begins straight away and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once access has begun. If you have not yet used the paid features, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

7. Astrology content

Zodelicious provides astrological charts, interpretations and pairings — including computer-generated text — for entertainment and general interest only. It is not professional advice. Do not rely on it for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other important decisions, and always consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

8. Recipes & nutrition

Nutritional information is an estimate and may not be accurate for your specific ingredients or portions. Always check ingredient packaging for allergens and dietary information. We are not responsible for the outcome of any recipe you prepare.

9. Intellectual property

The Zodelicious name, design, software and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by these terms or by law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You can stop using Zodelicious and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, the licences you grant us end, except for content already shared with others and copies kept as required by law.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; we will post the updated version here and update the “last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (this does not deprive you of protections under the law of the country where you live).
