Babaco

Babaco, or "Champagne fruit," is a seedless tropical hybrid related to the papaya. Its five-sided, torpedo-shaped fruit has a unique, effervescent flavor profile blending notes of strawberry, pineapple, and papaya. Rich in vitamin C and the digestive enzyme papain, it is typically eaten fresh or blended into refreshing juices.
