Gooseberries

Gooseberries peak from June to July.

They are strictly seasonal and rarely imported fresh outside of the European summer window. While they are occasionally available in late May depending on the weather, they almost entirely vanish from shelves by August, existing primarily in frozen or preserved forms for the rest of the year.
