Trini Style Herb Roasted Whole Chicken

   pat chicken dry with paper towel,.

   then melt butter combine minced garlic,chopped parsley salt and black pepper in a bowl paste the chicken with the mixture inside and out bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

   serve with any rice or side dish.
