Shirred Eggs With Feta

Method

1. I

   Melt butter in a ramekin or baking dish.

   Add eggs.

   Sprinkle with cheese.

   Season with pepper.

   Bake at 350 degrees F about 10 minutes, or until eggs are as done as desired.
