Olive Oil Butter Table Spread

Method

1. I

   Beat butter in mixer until soft.

2. II

   Gradually add the olive oil and milk.

3. III

   When it is completely blended, pour into containers, cover and store in fridge.

4. IV

   It will harden as it cools. (Use as you would normally use butter).
