Banana Bread

Method

1. I

   Mash bananas.

2. II

   Mix the first 5 ingredients, with pastry blender cut in the butter till coarse, add bananas and eggs.

3. III

   Put in lightly greases loaf pan.

4. IV

   Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

5. V

   We have added chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, craisins about 1/2 cup each.

6. VI

   Add them all or just one.
