Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Method

1. I

   Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise.

2. II

   Place bacon on paper toweling on a microwave-safe plate, cover with another paper towel.

3. III

   Microwave on high 4 minutes.

4. IV

   Roll up each date in a piece of bacon, place bacon-wrapped dates on clean toweling on microwave-safe plate, cover with another paper towel.

5. V

   Microwave on high 2 minutes, until bacon is crisp.

6. VI

   Serve hot.
