Method

Heat the airfryer to 160c/325f.

Peel the spuds (Maris Piper, Russet or red skin work best) and cut them into quarters.

In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes in the oil and salt.

Cook for 30 minutes, tossing every ten minutes.
V
Bump the heat up to 200c/400f, and cook for another 5 minutes.
