Yum Yum Banana Bread

Method

1. I

   Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F or 180°C.

2. II

   Grease and flour one loaf pan.

3. III

   Mix ingredients in the order given.

4. IV

   Pour into loaf pan and bake for one hour or until the loaf tests clean.

5. V

   If the top starts to brown too much, cover with aluminium foil and continue cooking until bread is done.
