Method

1. I

   Beat yolks.

2. II

   Stir in milk.

3. III

   Combine dry ingredients and stir into the yolk mixture.

4. IV

   Stir in the melted butter.

5. V

   Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.

6. VI

   Cook in a waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
