Vanilla Peach Syrup

Method

1. I

   Combine peach puree, sugar and lemon juice in kettle.

2. II

   Bring to a boil.

3. III

   Simmer 5 minutes.

4. IV

   Add vanilla.

5. V

   Pour into hot jars and seal.

6. VI

   Process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
