Sesame Seed Sauce

Method

1. I

   Toast the sesame seeds in a fry pan over medium low heat, stirring constantly (apprx 5 minutes).

2. II

   Crush with mortar& pestle or in a blender.

3. III

   Mix in remaining ingredients.

4. IV

   Store in a bottle in the fridge.
