Restaurant Style Baked Potatoes

Method

1. I

   Preheat oven to 400°.

2. II

   Wash the potatoes well and while still damp, rub it with plenty of salt.

3. III

   Pierce the potatoes with a fork all over.

4. IV

   Bake at 400° for 40- 60 minute or until tender. When a knife inserted into the center of the potato comes out with no resistance, they are done.

5. V

   The result is a crispy exterior with a fluffy interior.
