Oven Pancake Puff

Method

   Beat eggs well.

   Add flour stirring constantly.

3. III

   Stir in milk, salt and butter.

4. IV

   Pour into greased pie pan.

5. V

   Bake 450 for 12-15 minutes.

6. VI

   Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

7. VII

   Serve hot with butter and honey.
