Method

  1. I

    Boil or steam carrots in lightly salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.

  2. II

    Drain and return carrots to pot.

  3. III

    Add butter and brown sugar, stirring over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until "glazed".

  4. IV

    Serve.
