Ice Box Cookies

Method

1. I

   Beat butter and sugars until creamy.

   Add eggs and mix well.

3. III

   Add flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.

   Mix well.

5. V

   Stir in pecans.

6. VI

   Shape dough into logs and wrap with plastic wrap of freezer paper.

7. VII

   Chill in refrigerator (at least an hour) or freeze.

8. VIII

   Slice thin and bake in a 350°F pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.
