Homemade Buttermilk

Method

1. I

   Pour milk in a 32 oz measuring cup.

2. II

   Slowly stir in vinegar and mix well.

3. III

   Add water, slowly while stiring to fill to the 32 oz mark; mix well.

4. IV

   Refrigerate.
