Danish Cookies (Press Cookies)

Method

1. I

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. II

   Cream together sugar and butter.

3. III

   Add eggs which have been slightly beaten.

4. IV

   add salt and flour.

5. V

   add vanilla.

6. VI

   Mix well.

7. VII

   Form into fancy shapes by using a cookie press.

8. VIII

   place on ungreased cookie sheet.

9. IX

   Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
