Balsamic Dip

Method

   Place all ingredients in saucepan.

   Bring to the boil, stirring till sugar dissolves.

3. III

   Simmer without stirring till syrupy.

4. IV

   Allow to cool.

5. V

   Use for strawberries.

6. VI

   Keep in sealed container in fridge.
